Quick Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredients
Quick Zucchini Stir Fry
- 1 lb zucchini
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. red chili flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Wash your zucchini and slice crosswise into slices. Put the slices in a bowl and mix with 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil and 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning. Let stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours if possible. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté on the stove or on the BBQ in a wired BBQ pan. Cook until doneness is to your liking.

For the seasoning:
Combine all ingredients in a tight container, shake until mixed. Store extra in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
