Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti squash
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Rub inside with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put face down in a glass pie pan.
  3. Microwave for 8-10 minutes or bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until top of squash can easily be pierced with a fork.
  4. Remove from oven, flip squash over and use a fork to scrape the inside of the squash so that it looks like spaghetti.
