Toasted Sesame Asparagus


  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 5 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Clean asparagus and cut off bottom inch. Spread on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, turn asparagus over and bake for additional 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
