Toasted Sesame Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 5 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Clean asparagus and cut off bottom inch. Spread on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, turn asparagus over and bake for additional 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
