Mama's Pea and Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups English peas
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Pink Lady apples
- 1 tbsp white sugar (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
Directions
- Combine peas, cheese, apples, sugar, and mayonnaise in a bowl
- Fold together gently to mix and dissolve sugar
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
