- Olive Oil
- Prepare: Half the artichoke and remove hair from center.
- Cook: boil the artichoke 25 to 30 mins.
- In a pan, sauté olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place halved artichokes on baking sheet, and pour the olive oil mixture over the artichoke. After that, sprinkle bread crumbs over the tops.
- Bake or broil in oven until bread crumbs are golden brown. Broil is faster.
