Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples


  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved or sliced
  • 2 medium apples, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
  • 2 cloves garlic- minced


  • Whisk the vinegar, oil, garlic, and syrup together in a large bowl. Add the brussels sprouts and apples and toss until coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mixture out on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes Baking time depends on how you cut your brussels sprouts: sliced take less time. Consider adding walnuts or dried cranberries for the holidays.
