Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved or sliced
- 2 medium apples, cubed
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
- 2 cloves garlic- minced
- Whisk the vinegar, oil, garlic, and syrup together in a large bowl. Add the brussels sprouts and apples and toss until coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture out on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes Baking time depends on how you cut your brussels sprouts: sliced take less time. Consider adding walnuts or dried cranberries for the holidays.
