Baked Artichokes

Ingredients

  • Artichokes
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Lemon

Directions

  1. Cut top off, remove stem, loosen choke, and rub lemon over top of cut end.
  2. Season with garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Wrap with foil. Cook straight up.
  4. Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
