Baked Artichokes
Ingredients
- Artichokes
- Garlic
- Salt
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Lemon
Directions
- Cut top off
- Remove stem
- Loosen choke
- Rub lemon over top of cut end
- Season with garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper
- Wrap with foil. Cook straight up
- Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
