Baked Artichokes

Ingredients

  • Artichokes
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Lemon

Directions

  • Cut top off
  • Remove stem
  • Loosen choke
  • Rub lemon over top of cut end
  • Season with garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper
  • Wrap with foil. Cook straight up
  • Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
