Cilantro Lime Sweet Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced lime zest
1 teaspoon grated jalapeno, use fine grater (minus seeds and ribs)
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, pepper to taste
4 ears sweet corn

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, brush on cooked corn from the BBQ and enjoy!
