Tangerine Curd

This can be served war or chilled in the refrigerator for future

Ingredients

5 tbsp. Butter

4 Egg yolks Plus 2 whole eggs

2/3 cups tangerine juice

2/3 cups sugar

Directions

Melt butter in heavy skillet

Mix remaining ingredients together very thoroughly and add to melted butter

Cook on med-low heat stirring continously until thickened
