Talley Farms Fresh Harvest

 You can use this meat on top of salads, in tortillas or taco shells.  It’s even good just plain!
1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, medium size, diced
1-2 sweet peppers, diced
4 teaspoons ground California chile pepper
1 cup salsa, mild, medium or hot!
1 cup frozen or fresh corn (optional)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)


Cook the turkey meat, onion and peppers in a large frying pan on the stove until done. 
Add chile pepper and mix. 
Add salsa and mix. 
Add corn and black beans and mix. 
Cook on low until heated through.
