Ingredients

Summer Squash: Sunburst, Zucchini and/or Yellow Squash - sliced into thick slices or chunks
Red Bell Peppers - sliced thick in squares
Sweet Onion - sliced thick
Peachers or Nectarines - sliced into thick squares

Directions

Skewer alternately using more squash than anything else.  You may do this a day ahead, storing the produce in the fridge. Marinade in your favorite salad dressing or balsamic vinegar. Grill turning once for approx. 5 minutes.
