Talley Farms Fresh Harvest



1 lb. brussels sprouts

2 radishes

1 kiwi

¼ teaspoon cumin

Olive oil, balsamic vineyard and salt to taste


Shave or slice very thin brussels sprouts and radishes.  A mandolin works best.

Peel and dice kiwi

Add all ingredients and let marinate together while you prepare your other meal items.

Try this earthy salad with Bishop’s Peak Chardonnay or Pinot Noir.
