Vegetables, Roasted with Olive Oil

From Robbins Family Farm

Ingredients

Broccolini, Broccoli, Parsnips, Cauliflower, Butternut Squash, and Olive Oil

Directions

1. Cut up into smaller chunks

2. Place in shallow roasting pan

3. Toss with Robbins Family Farm Olive Oil (approx 2 TBS) and salt and pepper to taste

4. Roast at 450 until fork tender
