Ingredients

2 Eggs
2 cups milk
4 Tablespoon oil
1 ½ cups (2 cups for thick pancakes) 100% whole wheat flour (make sure the bag says 100% whole wheat!)
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
Blueberries

Directions

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients in order listed.  Beat until smooth.  After pouring pancakes onto griddle, drop blueberries into each pancake, then turn pancakes on the griddle.
