Zucchini, Lizzy's Stuffed

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup raw rice
Chopped onion
The inside of squash chopped finely
Large can of Tomato sauce
Seasoning

Directions

1. Take Zucchini squash and scoop out the inside and it will be open on both sides... You salt the inside and you may chop up the inside of the squash into the mixture.  

2. Stuff squash with mixture 

3. Put into a pan and the stuffed veggies in pan with tomato sauce and dilute with water covering the veggies-- I put a bouillon cube in the broth to make flavorful. I cook on top of stove or oven slowly, covered.
