A great way to eat lots of fruit and veggies

Ingredients

2 blood oranges

2 kiwi’s, unpeeled, ends cut off

½ cup cut carrots

Chopped Kale (put as little or as much in as you’d like)

½ cup of plain yogurt

½ cup water

Directions

Put yogurt in first, then fruit, then carrots and kale. Blend on low until it mixes, then increase blend speed. Add more

yogurt, water, or a fresh banana to make smoothie less thick. Add crushed ice, or freeze fruit to make a more

smoothie-like consistency
