Ingredients

5 Sweet Potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
small marshmallows

Directions

About 5 sweet potatoes boil with skin on until soft
Cool a little then remove skin
Mash with 1 stick butter softened
about ½ to ¾ cup brown sugar (taste to your liking)
½ cup shredded coconut (more or less)
½ cup chopped walnuts (more or less)
Bake at 350 approx. 30 min (depends on how cool the yams are)
Add small marshmallows to cover and continue baking until brown
