Cone Cabbage
Olive Oil
Danish Bleu Cheese Dressing
Garlic Seasoning/Spices/salt


  • Rinse and remove loose outer leaves from Cone Cabbage and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges.
  • Lightly baste with olive oil
  • Sprinkle seasoning on each wedge
  • Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until leaves are tender and slightly charred with golden grill marks
  • Continue to baste each side with olive oil while grilling
  • Remove from grill when cabbage is tender and charred on all sides.
  • Evenly coat with Danish bleu cheese dressing. Crush croutons and sprinkle on wedge.  And more if desired.
