Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Apples
  • Greek yogurt, plain
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Raisins (optional)

Directions

  1. Grate the carrots (coarsely) and apples. About two carrots per apple, per person.
  2. Mix in the yogurt, add honey to taste and a pinch of salt. Add raisins (optional).
