Artichokes, Olive Oil, Gralic, Thyme, Salt and Pepper, and Breadcrumbs
Prepare: Half the artichoke and remove hair from center.
Cook: boil the artichoke 25 to 30 mins.
In a pan, sauté olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Place halved artichokes on baking sheet, and pour the olive oil mixture over the artichoke. After that, sprinkle bread crumbs over the tops.
Bake or broil in oven until bread crumbs are golden brown. Broil is faster.
