Ingredients

Artichokes, garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper

Directions

Cut top off

Remove stem

Loosen choke 

Rub lemon over top of cut end

Season with garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and pepper

Wrap with foil. Cook straigh up

Bake 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
