Asparagus Crescent Wraps


  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 8oz container of crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup of preferred cheese (I used ricotta, shredded mozzarella would also be great)
  • 1 lemon for juice and zest
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the woody/tough ends off the bottom of the asparagus.
  3. Roll out crescent rolls and divide them into 8 pieces.
  4. Spread or sprinkle cheese on each crescent roll, then lay down 5-6 asparagus pieces. Roll up then place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven for 18-20 minutes until crescent rolls are golden brown, then take out of oven and let cool for 5-8 minutes.
  6. Squeeze lemon on asparagus and sprinkle lemon zest on rolls, then enjoy!
