- Spaghetti squash
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds.
- Rub inside with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put face down in a glass pie pan.
- Microwave for 8-10 minutes or bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, or until top of squash can easily be pierced with a fork.
- Remove from oven, flip squash over and use a fork to scrape the inside of the squash so that it looks like spaghetti.
