Pesto for Grilled Summer Squash

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped basil
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Combine everything in a small bowl. Serve with cooked squash
