Napa Cabbage Slaw
Napa cabbage slaw has a subtly different flavor and texture than classic cole slaw and is particularly tasty if you add fruit.
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mango
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2-4 cups shredded Napa cabbage (depends on how much "dressing" you like)
- 4 Tablespoon rice or red wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine ingredients
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours before serving or overnight
