Easy Sea Salt and Garlic Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt (or regular table salt)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325. Rip leaves off the stems and tear into ‘chip’ size pieces. Wash and dry leaves – it is important to make sure they are completely dry, any moisture will make the chips soggy.
    In a bowl, mix kale, olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder, using your hands to work the olive oil into the leaves. Arrange the kale on an unlined baking sheet, making sure there is a little room between all the pieces. Bake for 12 minutes or until they are starting to brown at the edges. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
