Delicious Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups of corn kernels (about 4 cobs of corn)
- ½ cup bell pepper
- 1-2 sweet red pepper(s)
- 1 -2 sweet yellow pepper(s)
- ½ cup red onion chopped up
- ¼ cup Cilantro - chopped up
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Grill corn, and all peppers
- Cut corn from cob and dice the peppers

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Season with Cheyenne pepper, salt, and pepper

Note:
Start small with Cheyenne pepper and continue to taste, it does give it a kick!
You can add tomatoes, avocados, celery, and artichoke hearts too
