Carrots and Zucchini on the Grill
- 1 bunch carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 lb zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite fresh Herb (I used Rosemary)
Mix all ingredients together and put in tin foil. Close tightly and put on BBQ.
BBQ for 10 minutes, open and stir, close tightly and cook for another 10 minutes or until tender.
