Baked Squash Rounds

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized squash
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or use parchment paper.
  • Wash and dry squash and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Lay slices on baking sheet with no space in between. Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Spoon Parmesan cheese on top of each round. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the Parmesan turns golden brown.
