Almost Classic Basil Pesto
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 cups basil leaves
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until they're uniformly minced and blended together.
