Fresh Fruit & Veggie Juice

A great way to eat lots of fruit and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 kiwis, unpeeled, ends cut off
  • ½ cup cut carrots
  • Chopped Kale (as little or as much as you’d like)
  • ½ cup of plain yogurt
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  1. Put yogurt in first, then fruit, then carrots and kale. Blend on low until it mixes, then increase blend speed. Add more yogurt, water, or a fresh banana to make smoothie less thick. Add crushed ice, or freeze fruit to make a more smoothie-like consistency.
