Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Carrots
  • 3-5 Apples
  • 5 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tsp Honey (or more to your tasting)
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Raisins (optional)

Directions

  • Grate the carrots (coarsely) and apples. About two carrots per apple, per person
  • Mix in the yogurt, add honey to taste and a pinch of salt. Add raisins (optional).
