Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Carrots
- 3-5 Apples
- 5 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tsp Honey (or more to your tasting)
- Salt
- 1 cup Raisins (optional)
Directions
- Grate the carrots (coarsely) and apples. About two carrots per apple, per person
- Mix in the yogurt, add honey to taste and a pinch of salt. Add raisins (optional).
