Tangerine Curd

This can be served warm or chilled in the refrigerator for future.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Egg yolks Plus 2 whole egg
  • 2/3 cups tangerine juice
  • 2/3 cups sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly and add to melted butter.
  3. Cook on med-low heat stirring continuously until thickened.
