Tangerine Curd
This can be served warm or chilled in the refrigerator for future.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. Butter
- 4 Egg yolks Plus 2 whole egg
- 2/3 cups tangerine juice
- 2/3 cups sugar
Directions
- Melt butter in heavy skillet.
- Mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly and add to melted butter.
- Cook on med-low heat stirring continuously until thickened.
