Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ cups 100% whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Blueberries

Directions

  • Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients in order listed. Beat until smooth. After pouring pancakes onto griddle, drop blueberries into each pancake, then turn pancakes on the griddle.
