- Shishito peppers
- 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt
- These peppers are best enjoyed as an appetizer. Prepare in the simplest way by searing all sides in a hot olive oil coated frying pan and sprinkled with sea salt before serving. You can also add parmesan or goat cheese and balsamic vinegar. They are a mild pepper.
