Avocado Hummus

Avocado Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and cooled garbanzo beans
  • 2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini paste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Place garbanzo beans in food processor. Pulse about 20 seconds.
  • Add everything (except olive oil) pulse until well blended.
  • Slowly add oil while blending to a thick but "dip able" consistently.
