Avocado Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and cooled garbanzo beans
  • 2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini paste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Place garbanzo beans in food processor. Pulse about 20 seconds.
  2. Add everything (except olive oil) pulse until well blended.
  3. Slowly add oil while blending to a thick but ‘dip able’ consistency.
